Cool local breakfast or lunch spot. Owner is always here and very friendly. Breakfast food is great and they have a wow range of specials.
MoreQuick service. Food was exactly what you would want from a diner. Decent coffee. Great atmosphere.
MoreAwesome place, food, people, and some gf options too! Takes me back to a restaurant i frequented growing up.
MoreDelicious food, friendly waitpersons, lots of low carb, gluten free options- I love this place!
MoreGreat Food.... Staff is very nice
The food was really good and I really loved the atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly! I also really loved the 50s theme and they were able to pull it off very well. The only reason why I didn't rate 5 is because the food took a little long to come out but overall very good place!
MoreGreat food, big portions, friendly staff.
Awesome home cooked meals, friendly staff nice atmosphere.
Always a great time, great food, and quality ingredients. I had a stellar veggie egg white and pepper jack quiche. De-light-ful!
MoreGreat place!! Farm to table homemade food knowing they use 2 local Co ops in area.Always accommodating when you make requests.!!!
MoreOutstanding little place to eat we’ve been there a few times excellent food staff atmosphere 😁
MoreFood was delicious! The omlette was great, pancakes were really good also. Loved it! Def comming back here.
MoreI have been going for breakfast for several years. The food is very consistent. I am not fond of the style of potatoes they offer and that is an important part of breakfast for me.
MoreI was craving cinnamon roll French toast and they had it as a special. Delicious. Service can be spotty but a fun place to eat. Big portions
MoreThe girlfriend and I love this place. Food and service are great
Used to come here all the time....at least every other week for a few years. Foods great. However for the first time ever I questioned the price of a 16 dollar omelette because I got egg whites and added a filling. I have never asked a question or questioned my bill and the waitress very loudly and inappropriately yelled at me in front of everyone that "I'm not gonna change the price just because you don't like it sweety" ...now I find this extremely offensive as 1. I am a waitress.....and 2. I was dressed in my waitress uniform for work....and 3.....never in my life would I speak to a customer that way. Bottom line it is what it is for price, but be respectful to your customer! I even held up my hands and said sorry for asking as she responded so aggressively. Takes a lot for me to write a review.
MoreGreat community diner. Food and service is always great.
Wow. Good food, reasonable cost & big portions.
I love this place! - the food and the people!! It's like going out to eat and coming home at the same time! Happy New Year and many more to come!!
MoreI never got the good reviews for this place, now apparently closed. Lived in the area for many years. Went there once for breakfast and so off the chart bad we never went back. Pancakes were burned black on one side and raw on the other. Sausage was cold and rubbery, worse than something you would get at the Ponderosa breakfast buffet back in the 1980s. Service was slow. Didn't send the stuff back. Should have, but if you ever saw the South Park episode about sending food back you will understand. The table next to us was about an inch from our table. The guy at that table kept commenting about our food and reaching his for over pretending to grab our food. Bad experience all around.
MoreIf you're looking for a quick bite on a weekday morning, this is a great little place to stop in. The service has always been fast and I have never had anything less than delicious. I really like their breakfast food. On weekends it is substantially busier. It is an established business in the area and it has a really cute atmosphere and generally enough parking.
MoreService was the only problem we had here. The poor women was running around the whole room attending to everybody so sometimes it was slow but overall the food was scrumptious and a fun place to eat at. Cool 50’s stuff !
MoreGood food. Good service. One of the best breakfast places in the area. Nicely decorated.
MoreConsistently good breakfast and they keep refilling your coffee.
Great specials. Fresh fruits mixed with other goodies. Never had anything but a first rate meal here. The specials set this place apart from the other places we can go in the area.
MoreVery cosy, interesting diner with great customer service and great food! Loved it❤
MoreGreat joint food is absolutely amazing
Not too bad reasonable prices food was good but just lacked that extra oomph overall portions are nice prices are fine very friendly service would definitely stop here again
MoreGreat food! Fun atmosphere! Great service!
Great food and amazing wait staff! This place had incredibly delicious brunch food (french toast, crepes, etc). Will definitely visit again! The ambiance was definitely a 50's vibe. I got the Croissant French Toast Special (photo provided) and it was absolutely fantastic! 😋
MoreGreat atmosphere, so much food and delicious. Great breakfast spot
Yummy, hot fresh food. Great servers, great food, great atmosphere.
Great food and very friendly staff. I've never been disappointed here.
This place is horrible. We went on a Sunday afternoon. My mom’s coffee cup was caked with bright pink lipstick. I brought it to the attention of the server before she even put the cup down who didn’t apologize, just went back and got a new cup. My son ordered a cheeseburger that was inedible. It was burned to a crisp on the outside and filled with unchewable bits that induced a severe gag reflex. I’m not sure if it was gristle or bone that got ground in but it was inedible. My mother and I both ordered veggie burgers without cheese. We both got them delivered with cheese. I opened up the sandwich to scrape off the cheese and saw not one but TWO tiny black bugs on the lettuce. That was it. We paid and left. The sodas were flat and the coffee was weak. I’d add that the floors desperately needed to be mopped.
MoreGreat food and generous portions. There is a sharing cost of $1.50 which is kind of bogus, but food and atmosphere is great. Cons. It is a small establishment and you can end up waiting for a table for kind of a while.
MoreAdorable & great food & service!
Almost every weekend, mostly just for the specials. Today I had blueberry French toast stuffed with lemon cream cheese.
MoreCute kitchy breakfast /lunch diner. Food is excellent and the staff are friendly. Daily specials that are creative and tasty. I'd recommend stopping in.
MoreNice change of pace, not entirely like all other diners. Has the 50's theme and simpler menu. Staff was helpful and friendly.
MoreGreat place to have breakfast, food is cooked to perfection. Good service, great atmosphere, priced reasonable.
MoreNice family place and good food.
Place looked extremely dirty inside (dirty tables, dust on the walls, all over the props on the walls, the floors were very slimy under the table) which was making me uneasy to eat there from the beginning bit I wanted to give it a chance. I ordered the french toast. It was bright yellow with a ton of powered sugar on it. The syrup was in a condiment container and was runny. Overall it was very bland. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
MoreAlways friendly! Aa if the menu isn't already endless there are always many specials. Delicious food for everyone's taste & diet preferences.
MoreJust moved to area and had breakfast there.Food was very good and the waitresses were so nice. Will be coming back . Plus it's just adorable inside.
MoreBack to the fifties is the quintessential small community dinner for Furlong. All the locals, myself included, seem to love it. The staff is friendly and the classic diner vibe is very much alive. Very cool memorabilia lines the walls and is under the table mats adds to the cozy atmosphere of the diner. It does get really busy on the weekends but if you catch it during a lull, its an amazing experience. It's a family restaurant so you should expect younger children and families there (not the best place for a romantic brunch!) The poor cell phone reception adds to the experience since you have no choice but to talk to your fellow diners :)
MoreOver priced with the waitress/owner full of piercings and tattoos,a real turn off. I wont go there again
MoreFeels like home, staff are the groovy aunt’s we all need in our life. Beat gluten-free breakfast in town. Delicious!
MoreVery disappointed. Worse eggs Benedict. It's a shame because the decor is definitely 50s, Cool.
MoreAlways good and staff/ownership is outstanding.
FILTHY ! ! ! My first impression from the sign I expected to go "Back to the fifties", have the employees wear 50's uniforms but it turned out to be an unsantitary mediocre impression of the 50s. They have decorations from the fifties and that's it. The restaurant has been there for 20 years and it looks as though it hasn't been revamped since. It's dirty, the jelly container didn't look clean. They tossed my silverware on the dirty table without a napkin. The young employees were rude and had no customer. service. Furthermore, the restaurant had ok customer service, the food was typical and atmosphere was unsantitary and will be reported.
